Background
Any proteomic project is based upon the informational workflow, no matter to which extent the particular lab is robotized. The certain informational entity, e.g. the spot of the 2D gel or blood sample, moves throughout all of the further stages of analysis, and each next stage attributes new data to the entity. To trace the relevant information and to support the proper links between the stages of proteomic conveyer we have developed the LPPC. Foreground At present software developers provide the professional platforms for managing the proteomic project.
